HOW WE WORK?

Quality-checking process starts at very early stage since raw material procurement in the factories. 

Raw Material Inspection Phase: In this Phase we make inspections of Raw Material procured, Hardware Components, or any accessories that will be going to be used in the Production. If quality and standards are as per our buyer's requirement then we approve the Raw Material, If its furniture we do moisture checking for assuring seasoning of woods to avoid cracking in later stage and pass it for further Production.

During Production Inspection Phase: In this phase Production is going on and we execute Random Inspections for the item construction and quality as if there is no excessive filling and cracking in wood.Match the production speed with target time of dispatch. We push up production for in this phase. We train them how to overcome wastage and clear issues if any, or if there is any requirement of modifications. Finish panels matching with counter swatch approved from buyer or sent from buyer is also included in this phase to ensure the finish look uniform on complete production.

Final Production Inspection Phase: In this Phase the Production is fully completed and we do 100% inspections and after factories execute internal QC. We ensure Grind marks and dents are not there, no excessive glue inside or outside, Proper application of sealer and lacquer, Finish consistency, construction uniformity, no dimension variations upto set tolerance.

Packaging Phase: In the phase we look after the packaging of finished product. The pictures showing the packaging of different variety of products.
